I live with clinical depression and generalized anxiety disorder.
I suffered for years until I learned how to attack my depressed thoughts and gain mastery over them.
Now, I share methods to help those with and without mental illness live more fulfilling lives.
Through public speaking engagements and workshops, I teach breath work, body awareness, mindfulness, meditation, and how to remain calm and grounded in any situation.

From Hope to Purpose Pathway is an educational life-skills program that helps adults regain stability during challenging times. It focuses on mental agility, self-leadership, and behavioral skills to enhance resilience. Participants take two structured courses to gain tools for clear thinking, strengthening relationships, and pursuing purpose. Guided reflection supports learners in recognizing their strengths and reconnecting with others. By fostering hope, connection, and a sense of purpose, the program empowers participants to live meaningful lives.
